Mat is an Oxford Brookes University alumni and a current member of the GB senior men’s rowing squad. He’s had a meteoric rise through the rowing ranks, receiving his first GB vest after just 2 years of being in the sport. He is a double World Champion, a U23 World Champion, a World University Champion, went to the Olympic Games in Rio 2016, and now part of the GB squad preparing for Tokyo 2020. 

He's also founder of RowElite - offering individually-tailored expert coaching, for all experience levels and sporting backgrounds
